Welcome to Be Styled Salon Boutique LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Appointments & Cancellations Appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by phone. A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain services, which will be applied to your final balance. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. 2. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or accept a shortened service at full price. 3. Refunds & Exchanges Services: All services are non-refundable. If you experience an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment, and we will work to resolve your concern. Products: Unused, unopened retail products may be returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase. Hair extensions, custom orders, and sale items are final sale. 4. Salon Etiquette We strive to maintain a relaxing and professional atmosphere. Please silence cell phones and be respectful of other guests. Children are only permitted in the salon if receiving a service, unless otherwise approved by management. 5. Loyalty & Rewards Program Clients can enroll in our Be Styled Rewards Program to earn points for completed appointments and receive exclusive discounts, including a birthday reward. Rewards and discounts are non-transferable and may not be combined with other promotions. 6. Liability & Consent By receiving services, you acknowledge that results may vary based on hair condition, maintenance, and other factors. We are not liable for any adverse reactions due to sensitivities or failure to follow aftercare instructions. Clients with allergies or sensitivities must inform their stylist before the service begins. 7. Privacy Policy We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during booking or purchases is kept confidential and used solely for salon-related communications. 8. Policy Changes Be Styled Salon Boutique LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
